This notice describes the processing of personal data of users who visit the storagelogic.energy website, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”).

2. Data processed
- Navigation data: the site is static and does not use profiling cookies or its own tracking tools. Hosting systems (Cloudflare) may record technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security and service delivery purposes.
- Third-party fonts: pages load typefaces from Google Fonts; the request entails transmitting the IP address to Google LLC.
- Email contacts: when writing to info@storagelogic.energy, the data provided (email address, message content) is processed solely to respond to the request.
3. Legal basis and purposes
The processing of technical logs is based on the legitimate interest in site security (art. 6.1.f GDPR). The processing of contact data is based on the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
4. Retention
Contact data is kept for the time necessary to handle the request and for any legal obligations. Technical logs are kept according to the hosting provider's policies.
5. Rights of the data subject
Pursuant to arts. 15–22 GDPR, the data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability by writing to info@storagelogic.energy. It is also possible to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority.
6. Cookies
The site does not install profiling cookies. Any strictly necessary technical cookies may be set by the hosting infrastructure for security purposes.
